Sin embargo, dado que se emplea de forma diferente al resto de las materias colorantes, a pesar de las incre\u00edbles posibilidades que ofrece, se trata de una subdisciplina tint\u00f3rea a la que no todo el mundo decide adentrarse. El indigo no solo proporciona <strong>bellos azules<\/strong> por los que es mundialmente valorado al tratarse de un color escaso en el mundo de los tintes naturales, sino que tambi\u00e9n nos permite conseguir colores como el verde, el negro y otros colores dif\u00edciles de obtener sin emplear mordientes t\u00f3xicos y contaminantes a los que incomprensiblemente a\u00fan recurren muchos &#8220;tintoreros naturales&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080\">For many dyers, indigo dyeing is one of the most fascinating things to do, despite that the differences of dyeing method regarding the vast majority of natural dyes, leads many people to not even flirt with this beautiful subdiscipline of the Natural Dyes. No es de extra\u00f1ar que la magia del indigo haya llamado la atenci\u00f3n de tantas de culturas, dotando al azul de tan importantes <strong>connotaciones simb\u00f3licas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080\">But the magic of indigo (whose dye power is extracted by means fermentation processes) resides in dyeing, which does not occur (as could be expected) into the vat, but when we take the fibers out of the vat and the \u00edndigo enters in contact with the air, moment when the real <strong>transformation of color<\/strong> occurs. A metamorphosis ranging from a <strong>yellowish green<\/strong> during the dive, to a <strong>green<\/strong> tones during the early stages of oxidation, to <strong>blue<\/strong> once the oxidation process is completed.
